SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e)

Lexicon was awarded a SeaPort-e prime contract in November 2013.  SeaPort-e is a multiple award contract vehicle that is used to respond to task orders in support of the Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Command, Strategic Systems Programs, Office of Naval Research and the United States Marine Corps.Lexicon, Inc. was awarded a SeaPort-e contract for Zones 2 (Southwest) and 6 (National Capital Region).  Lexicon will provide services in the following functional areas:

  • Software Engineering, Development, Programming, & Network Support

Quality Assurance

Lexicon’s quality policy is to enable our customers to accomplish their mission by providing the best possible mission support services and training for the Warfighter. To implement this quality policy, we constantly assess our internal and external operations to ensure continuous improvement and to remain the best possible value for our customers.  Lexicon will maintain our resources for mission-essential SeaPort-e support in a timely and cost-effective manner to ensure successful, on-time deliveries. We currently employ established procedures and mechanisms to ensure the quality of our delivered products.

Our quality program will be administered by a Quality Manager to train project personnel on the importance of quality procedures, ethics and responsibilities for all employees. Our Quality Manger will institute internal audits to identify and document non-conformance as well as identify potential improvements.

Lexicon will maximize support while minimizing costs through utilization of proven management techniques and a Performance Based/Total Quality Management (TQM) approach.
