Position Title: Production Control Clerk
Department/Project: TSS‑E Range Sustainment – Fort Irwin
Position Summary
The Production Control Clerk provides administrative and data‑management support for maintenance and
operations activities by receiving, tracking, and closing work orders and compiling required reports.[1]
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Receive, log, and distribute maintenance and range work orders; monitor status through completion.
• Input data into computerized maintenance/production control systems in accordance with contract
and Company procedures.
• Track labor hours, materials usage, equipment status, and backlog; produce routine and ad‑hoc
reports for management and Government representatives.
• Maintain files and records related to maintenance, inspections, and operational activities.
• Coordinate with supervisors, mechanics, technicians, and Range Operations Specialists to ensure
accurate scheduling and documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business or logistics preferred.
• One (1) year of production control, maintenance administration, or similar clerical experience.
• Proficiency with basic office software and data‑entry systems; strong attention to detail
