About Us

Founded in 2006, Lexicon Consulting, Inc. (Lexicon) is a Woman-owned (WOSB), Service Disabled VQeteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), California Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (CA DVBE) with offices in San Diego CA, operating throughout CONUS, with extensive experience on OCONUS DoD contracts as well. Lexicon Consulting (Lexicon) is registered in the SAM.GOV system with CAGE code 41KM3, and is also a prime vendor on TSSE III, GSA and Seaport NxG. Lexicon has a current Top Secret Facility Clearance.

Lexicon provides specialized language, cultural, military support services, and military tactics training to the Department of Defense (DoD), the full spectrum of US Armed Forces and government agencies. We have provided skilled translator/interpreters for military combat operations overseas in multiple countries and various languages. We also provide professional linguists, cultural Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), role players, and native foreign language speakers to conduct both realistic and highly-intensive pre-deployment training, cultural awareness training, and language immersion training.
Additionally, we provide full and part time instructors specializing in high-risk training programs involving live fire special operations weapons and tactics training. We have experience managing full time instructor staffs, curriculum development, operational risk management, military training management, and military exercise support services.

Lexicon also has a strong background in Base Range Management/Maintenance and Airfield support operations, currently managing Range Maintenance and range operations at NTC Ft. Irwin CA and Ft. Stewart GA, as well as airfield refueling operations at Ft. Irwin. Lexicon is experienced and very successful managing union contracts.
