Position Overview
Lexicon Consulting is hiring an EIC Reproduction Worker / Information Technician to operate digital printing and reprographics equipment that produces training charts, GTAs, posters, and other products for the Fort Irwin TSC.[3][2]
Key Responsibilities
- Operate copiers, color printers, large‑format plotters, laminators, and related equipment to fulfill customer work orders.[2]
- Perform basic layout, scaling, and file preparation; check customer‑submitted files for quality and correct any issues before production.[2]
- Maintain supply levels (paper, toner, laminate), perform operator‑level maintenance, and coordinate higher‑level repairs with maintenance and vendors.[2]
- Log and track work orders and production output; support required workload and performance reporting.[2]
- Ensure proper handling of digital files and media consistent with IA, PII, and OPSEC requirements.[3][2]
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1–2 years of experience in print shop, copy center, reprographics, or related environment.
- Familiarity with digital print workflow and basic graphic file formats.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base hourly wage per Teamsters Local 166 EIC Reproduction Worker rate plus benefits.[3]
