ABOUT US: Our Leaders

Jamie co-founded Lexicon in June 2005 with her husband, Leroy, after retiring as a transportation officer and a service disabled veteran in the U.S. Army.As President, Jamie’s duties are to ensure Lexicon is remaining on mission, on time, and on budget. She is responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and vision to propel Lexicon to the forefront of the government services industry.

During her 12 years of military service, Jamie served 4 in command, acquiring experience as a company commander of Opposing Forces and Civilians on the Battlefield at the Army’s National Training Center. After several military deployments, Jamie realized the importance of training our troops in cultural understanding, situational awareness, and language familiarization during the predeployment phase.

Jamie earned a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy, West Point. Jamie enjoys spending time with her family; playing volleyball, baseball, and basketball; playing the piano, and creative writing.

Tom Minder, a combat veteran, retired from the Marines after a 20 year career spent mainly in various Reconnaissance units, to include 1st Force Recon and Special Operations Training Group (I MEF). As Director of Training, Tom manages role player operations, language instruction missions, and our tactical training programs at Camp Pendleton CA, training special operations Marines in advanced live fire weapons and tactics courses. Tom has led teams of combined role players/pyrotechnic/make-up to support multiple military pre-deployment training missions for the US Marines, US Army, and US Navy (Surface Fleet and NSW).
